How voice changes apply

Saving the voice reloads the runtime immediately, so new calls and voice tests use it right away — in-progress calls keep their current voice. This is separate from Training, where edits need an explicit Sync to go live.

AI Voice

Choose the OpenAI Realtime voice for new audio calls and dashboard voice tests. Changes apply to new sessions only — active calls keep their current voice.

How this applies

Saving automatically reloads runtime settings. You can also set the default voice from the SaaS dashboard Deployments page — this local setting takes precedence.
